Never been underwater before? Our DSD course is the perfect introduction. Start with a simple safety briefing and learn basic diving principles from our expert instructors. Get comfortable with the equipment in shallow water, then embark on your first boat dive to a depth of 12 meters (40 feet). Explore the vibrant marine life of the Mexican Caribbean, swim with colorful fish, and marvel at stunning corals.

Pickup from Your Hotel or Accommodation
Don’t worry about transportation! If your accommodation is on our list or nearby, we’ll pick you up free of charge at the agreed time and bring you to our location. You can check our hotels pick-up list.
Diving Theory (40 minutes to 1 hour)
We’ll start with an introduction to the basic concepts of diving according to PADI standards. You’ll learn about the equipment you’ll be using and the hand signals we’ll use underwater. Don’t worry, we’re here to answer all your questions!
Shallow Water Practice (40 to 45 minutes)
Next, we’ll move on to the practical part in shallow water. Here, you’ll take your first breaths underwater and practice basic skills like buoyancy control and clearing your mask and regulator. We take the time needed to ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
First Open Water Dive (Up to 60 minutes)
Now comes the exciting part: your first open water dive. You’ll enjoy up to 60 minutes exploring a new underwater world. The maximum depth will be 12 meters, and we’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you have an amazing experience.
Option for a Second Dive
If you’re eager for more, you can opt for a second dive on the same day! It’s another chance to keep exploring and enjoying diving.
Return to Your Hotel or Accommodation
After finishing, we’ll take you back to your hotel or accommodation so you can relax and share your incredible day of diving.

Also they took us to the right places so that we got to see turtles, lion fish, morays and even a nurse shark! Our group was limited to 4 so that it was a very pleasant dive and they made sure everyone was comfortable and felt safe.

The attention to detail in making our experience great was outstanding. We told them our schedule and they made it all work perfectly. We stayed at the Bahia Principe down the road a bit, so they were able to pick us up and drop us off, such an amazing service!! We did 3 two tank dives. Akumal reef, Cozumel, and Dos Ojos cenote. All were wonderful dive experiences and the team took excellent care of us. They are so personable and kind, it felt like diving with great friends. We’ve never had such amazing service from a dive shop, these guys are truly the best and we can’t wait to come back!!
