Buceo en el oceano en Akumal y la Riviera Maya
La Riviera Maya La Riviera Maya es un paraíso para los buzos. Las 4 bahías que conforman el área de Akumal Akumal están bordeadas por lo que comúnmente se considera el Segundo Mayor Arrecife de Coral en el hemisferio occidental, ofreciendo una gran variedad de escenarios submarinos para bucear.
Blue Experience ha seleccionado 18 sitios locales que varían desde los 10m (35ft) hasta los 30m (100ft).
En los sitios menos profundos 10m-15m (30ft-35ft) nos encontramos con varias tortugas, pequeñas rayas, langostas, pez león, pez trompeta, morenas y algunas barracudas de buen tamaño. Grandes formaciones de coral que corren paralelas al arrecife principal y ofrecen protección a varias especies de peces pequeños y permiten el crecimiento de abanicos marinos y esponjas. Otras especies de corales duros también crecen en estas claras aguas menos profundas.
Sitios mas profundos, 20m-30m (65ft-100ft) ofrecen la posibilidad de explorar muchos cañones y buscar tiburones gata durmiendo entre las rocas, morenas verdes y otras especies mas grandes.
Las tortugas abundan en todos los sitios de buceo junto con todos los peces de arrecife multicolor. La corriente aquí es muy poca lo que hace nuestros sitios placenteros y accesibles a todos los niveles de buceo.
En todos los casos se accede a los sitios de buceo después de una navegación de entre 5 y 10 minutos solamente.
Nuestros grupos están limitados a máximo 5 buzos para cada guía para asegurarnos de que tener mas espacio y un servicio mas personalizado.

It was our first experience with diving in a cave (we did two dives in a cenote) and Eduardo has been a great guide, making us feel completely comfortable both in and outside the water. We also did two ocean dives in Akumal, very well organized and relaxing. Amazed to see so many turtles! Definitely recommended!

We stumbled across them through a google search, and from first contact it was clear they really know what customer service is, so we knew we had to book through them. The attention to detail in making our experience great was outstanding. We told them our schedule and they made it all work perfectly. We stayed at the Bahia Principe down the road a bit, so they were able to pick us up and drop us off, such an amazing service!! We did 3 two tank dives. Akumal reef, Cozumel, and Dos Ojos cenote. All were wonderful dive experiences and the team took excellent care of us. They are so personable and kind, it felt like diving with great friends. We’ve never had such amazing service from a dive shop, these guys are truly the best and we can’t wait to come back!!

Training was so easy with Blue Experience from the simple discussions and instructions on how to complete our physical tasks all while having a laugh at our mistakes and trying again. Great feedback after dives and some wise words of how to improve ourselves over our next dives recreationally to always keep improving our skills.
We are now advanced open water divers thanks to Blue Experience, we have seen so many wonderful things underwater too in both ocean dives and cavern dives in the cenotes.
Turtles, sharks, squid, a wreck and soo many fish of many types.

My daughter and I are newly certified open water divers and my wife was able to join us in the open ocean with some training on site. But Eduardo and Sara were taking extra care of my wife while diving. As our 1st ocean dive near Akumal Mexico we were blown away by the beauty of the open ocean. About 35 ft down we saw numerous fish and corals. The highlights were a sea turtle, sting ray and a nurse shark! Thank you Eduardo and Sara for the wonderful experience. We will definitely see you again next time we're in Mexico!!!

Great dive at Casa Cenote with Lea. A last minute harbor closure at Cozumel canceled our plans for the day. Blue Experience came through for us by staying flexible and getting us to Casa to salvage a dive. Lea was safe, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Blue Experience.

I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! Sara and Eduardo (co-owners) clearly take pride in their business - and you get the feeling that you are their #1 priority. They keep dive groups small and pay attention to everything you may need. We dove with Eduardo and Leah (another DM) - and always felt safe, never rushed and truly valued. My kiddo is nonbinary and not once did Sara, Eduardo or Leah misgender them. Considering they are German, Mexican and French respectively (and English is not their first language) this is especially impressive. They treat every diver with respect and care no matter who you are. Also: I contacted the shop on WhatsApp DAYS before arriving because we had a change in travel plans. They arranged everything within minutes of my contacting them. Whether diving Akumal, Cenotes, or even Cozumel … Blue Experience Diving has you covered!
