Meerestauchen in Akumal und Riviera Maya

I recently had the pleasure of diving with Blue Experience, and it was absolutely incredible! Leah, our dive instructor, was super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. The dives were fantastic—exploring vibrant coral reefs and encountering amazing marine life was unforgettable.

It was our first experience with diving in a cave (we did two dives in a cenote) and Eduardo has been a great guide, making us feel completely comfortable both in and outside the water. We also did two ocean dives in Akumal, very well organized and relaxing. Amazed to see so many turtles! Definitely recommended! The office is inside Sirenis hotel and might be a bit difficult to reach without a car

We had a wonderful 4 days of diving with Sarah, Eduardo and Lea. They are incredible helpful, we always felt safe and everything is super well organized. I wish all dive shops would be just like this one! Communication via whatsapp is easy and they speak English, German, French and Spanish! Very recommend, we are already thinking about when to come back!

We had a fantastic time diving with Blue Experience. Sarah, Eduardo and Lea are all passionate, friendly and professional and we had the pleasure of diving with all of them across our stay. Diving in Akumal was fantastic with an abundance of marine life, relaxing conditions and more turtles than I have ever seen before! As Blue Experience also offer night dives, we chose to go on one as our last dive and it was a great time! I cannot recommend Blue Experience enough!

My wife and I had the absolute best dive experiences with Sarah, Eduardo, and Lea, highest recommendation possible!!! We stumbled across them through a google search, and from first contact it was clear they really know what customer service is, so we knew we had to book through them. The attention to detail in making our experience great was outstanding. We told them our schedule and they made it all work perfectly. We stayed at the Bahia Principe down the road a bit, so they were able to pick us up and drop us off, such an amazing service!! We did 3 two tank dives. Akumal reef, Cozumel, and Dos Ojos cenote. All were wonderful dive experiences and the team took excellent care of us. They are so personable and kind, it felt like diving with great friends. We’ve never had such amazing service from a dive shop, these guys are truly the best and we can’t wait to come back!!

Second year with Eduardo and Sara for training and recreational diving. Also met the third team member Lea this year. These guys are amazing at helping you out with sorting your holiday dive packages and training, we explained what we wanted to do and were given a few plans and chose what we thought would suit us best. Training was so easy with Blue Experience from the simple discussions and instructions on how to complete our physical tasks all while having a laugh at our mistakes and trying again. Great feedback after dives and some wise words of how to improve ourselves over our next dives recreationally to always keep improving our skills. We are now advanced open water divers thanks to Blue Experience, we have seen so many wonderful things underwater too in both ocean dives and cavern dives in the cenotes. Turtles, sharks, squid, a wreck and soo many fish of many types. Already looking forward to next years holiday and more diving with Blue Experience!

My family had the most beautiful experience with Eduardo and Sara. My daughter and I are newly certified open water divers and my wife was able to join us in the open ocean with some training on site. But Eduardo and Sara were taking extra care of my wife while diving. As our 1st ocean dive near Akumal Mexico we were blown away by the beauty of the open ocean. About 35 ft down we saw numerous fish and corals. The highlights were a sea turtle, sting ray and a nurse shark! Thank you Eduardo and Sara for the wonderful experience. We will definitely see you again next time we're in Mexico!!!

Great dive at Casa Cenote with Lea.  A last minute harbor closure at Cozumel canceled our plans for the day. Blue Experience came through for us by staying flexible and getting us to Casa to salvage a dive. Lea was safe, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Blue Experience.

I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! Sara and Eduardo (co-owners) clearly take pride in their business - and you get the feeling that you are their #1 priority. They keep dive groups small and pay attention to everything you may need. We dove with Eduardo and Leah (another DM) - and always felt safe, never rushed and truly valued. My kiddo is nonbinary and not once did Sara, Eduardo or Leah misgender them. Considering they are German, Mexican and French respectively (and English is not their first language) this is especially impressive. They treat every diver with respect and care no matter who you are. Also: I contacted the shop on WhatsApp DAYS before arriving because we had a change in travel plans. They arranged everything within minutes of my contacting them. Whether diving Akumal, Cenotes, or even Cozumel … Blue Experience Diving has you covered!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit Sarah, Eduardo und allen anderen aus dem Team. Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt wurde nach unseren Vorstellungen super flexibel gestaltet. Vom Cenoten-Tauchen, zum Walhai-Schorcheln bis hin zu den Ocean Dives war rundum alles bestens organisiert. Kleine Gruppen und richtig tolles Equipment (das beste Equipment, was wir bisher hatten). Die beiden sind ein super sympathisches und harmonisches Team, das über sehr viel Taucherfahrung verfügt. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unser nächstes Taucherlebnis mit den Beiden. ABSOLUTE HERZENSEMPFEHLUNG!
