Buceo en el oceano en Akumal y la Riviera Maya
La Riviera Maya La Riviera Maya es un paraíso para los buzos. Las 4 bahías que conforman el área de Akumal Akumal están bordeadas por lo que comúnmente se considera el Segundo Mayor Arrecife de Coral en el hemisferio occidental, ofreciendo una gran variedad de escenarios submarinos para bucear.
Blue Experience ha seleccionado 18 sitios locales que varían desde los 10m (35ft) hasta los 30m (100ft).
En los sitios menos profundos 10m-15m (30ft-35ft) nos encontramos con varias tortugas, pequeñas rayas, langostas, pez león, pez trompeta, morenas y algunas barracudas de buen tamaño. Grandes formaciones de coral que corren paralelas al arrecife principal y ofrecen protección a varias especies de peces pequeños y permiten el crecimiento de abanicos marinos y esponjas. Otras especies de corales duros también crecen en estas claras aguas menos profundas.
Sitios mas profundos, 20m-30m (65ft-100ft) ofrecen la posibilidad de explorar muchos cañones y buscar tiburones gata durmiendo entre las rocas, morenas verdes y otras especies mas grandes.
Las tortugas abundan en todos los sitios de buceo junto con todos los peces de arrecife multicolor. La corriente aquí es muy poca lo que hace nuestros sitios placenteros y accesibles a todos los niveles de buceo.
En todos los casos se accede a los sitios de buceo después de una navegación de entre 5 y 10 minutos solamente.
Nuestros grupos están limitados a máximo 5 buzos para cada guía para asegurarnos de que tener mas espacio y un servicio mas personalizado.

What we liked the most is that Akumal Beach is a small town without the touristy craziness of Playa or Cozumel, so finding a very well established local operation like this one in Akumal is perfect.

I dove with both Léa in Akumal and Eduardo at Chikin Ha and both dives were well coordinated, educational, and fun! If you haven’t experienced a halocline in a Cenote, Chikin Ha is worth a visit. We also did two ocean dives in Akumal, very well organized and relaxing. Amazed to see so many turtles! Definitely recommended!
