We just spent two days diving with Sara and Eduardo and it was absolutely amazing. Their customer service goes above and beyond expectations. They are very experienced divers as well. What we liked the most is that Akumal Beach is a small town without the touristy craziness of Playa or Cozumel, so finding a very well established local operation like this one in Akumal is perfect. My boyfriend and I went diving with Sarah. From the first email, we could feel the great professionalism of Blue Experience Diving. We had an amazing experience, I have nothing negative to say about it, from start to finish. I’m a beginner, and at every moment I felt safe, listened to and had a lot of fun. The site was gorgeous, it was a great environment to keep practicing this new hobby of mine. I would go back anytime!

Right from the start the communication with Eduardo and Sara had been excellent for our booking and transportation arrangement! Léa was our diving instructor and I can’t thank her enough for the amazing experience! The communication was clear, concise and there was high regard for safety. In spite of me being afraid of the water, Léa made sure I was comfortable and helped me settle in the water. Individual attention is given to each diver. Blue Experience does an outstanding job! I’ve been diving with many different dive shops over the years and they definitely are one of the best. Sarah is very efficient in helping you coordinate your dives and she communicates both clearly and effectively. I dove with both Léa in Akumal and Eduardo at Chikin Ha and both dives were well coordinated, educational, and fun! If you haven’t experienced a halocline in a Cenote, Chikin Ha is worth a visit. If you’re looking for a top notch dive shop that believes in excellent customer service and providing an enjoyable diving vacation for all levels of diving, Blue Experience can’t be beat!

We had an amazing experience with Blue Experience Dive Shop! From the start, their communication was fantastic—they were quick to respond to all my questions and made everything super easy to plan. They were also really flexible, which I appreciated since I’m an experienced diver and my daughter is just starting out. They managed to balance things perfectly so we both had a great time. The dives themselves were incredible. The cenotes were absolutely stunning and such a unique experience, and the ocean dives were just as beautiful. For my daughter, the instruction was excellent. The instructor was so patient and encouraging, which really helped her feel comfortable and confident in the water. By the end, she was already talking about wanting to dive more! It’s not easy to find a dive shop that can cater to such different levels of experience, but Blue Experience really nailed it. I’m so glad we chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Had such a great time diving with the team here! Our guide was Leah and she was fantastic! We did 2 dives on two different days. Equipment was good and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back and diving with this team next time I am in Mexico

We had an excellent day of diving with Sarah, Lea and Eduardo. They were super nice and helpful also in advance via email. The team is multilingual speaking not only Spanish but also English, German and French fluently. Also they took us to the right places so that we got to see turtles, lion fish, morays and even a nurse shark! Our group was limited to 4 so that it was a very pleasant dive and they made sure everyone was comfortable and felt safe. Would highly recommend diving with them!

Best choice for dive! Sara and Eduardo are amazing people! They also speak several languages which is great and make you feel more comfortable. Communication was excellent and clear, they always responded fast and with good instructions. Our instructor Lea was a real pearl, she was so calm and friendly, it made our diving experience even better.

I recently had the pleasure of diving with Blue Experience, and it was absolutely incredible! Leah, our dive instructor, was super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. The dives were fantastic—exploring vibrant coral reefs and encountering amazing marine life was unforgettable.

It was our first experience with diving in a cave (we did two dives in a cenote) and Eduardo has been a great guide, making us feel completely comfortable both in and outside the water. We also did two ocean dives in Akumal, very well organized and relaxing. Amazed to see so many turtles! Definitely recommended! The office is inside Sirenis hotel and might be a bit difficult to reach without a car
