Blue Experience Diving is a family company, in shorthand writing we provide ocean, cenote and cave diving services as well as dive training at all levels, beginners to Pro, always taking care of meeting the highest service, safety, and quality standards. 

But we are divers, so we want to take it deeper… At Blue Experience Diving we strongly believe that diving is more than breathing underwater, we aim to provide amazing adventures in the best dive sites in Akumal and the Mayan Riviera specially tailored to our guests’ requirements and diving level. 

We are diving buddies, who still feel the excitement of sharing the outstanding diving experiences that the Riviera Maya region has to offer with you. From grumpy turtles in the reefs of the beautiful Akumal Bay protected area, up to the excitement of diving in the crystal clear water of an ancient Mayan cenote or a millenary cave, our highly trained multilingual staff of fully certified PADI dive instructors are always more than happy to assist, have a chat and learn from all of our diving buddies. For us every dive is a new life changing opportunity to be amazed.

We take training seriously but always keep it fun. For us, diving training’s objective is to teach divers to be responsible divers, not only to follow Dive Masters or guides. We recognize that being chosen by someone to provide diving training is a big responsibility towards the student and the diving community in general. We have the philosophy of having fun while teaching and following all required standards so our divers can feel comfortable to dive anywhere (based on their diving level and experience) with the proper confidence and knowledge. It is a big satisfaction to see people who started being afraid of even removing their masks underwater coming back again and again to Blue Experience weeks, months or years later asking us to plan an advanced course, a rescue course or even a Dive Master together.

We feel really proud of having a big rate of repeating divers that favour us with their preference and friendship. At Blue Experience Diving we defend a diving business model in which diving is all about you. We do not support nor believe in people being just numbers, therefore we keep our diving groups small, so every guest gets a diving experience as personalized as possible.

Defending a sustainable project, facing this new decade with new environmentally supportive projects, such as the elimination of single use plastics from our diving operation by mid 2021, is only one of the goals we’re pursuing. We are in constant search and contact with non-profit agencies and individuals with great ideas in order to collaborate in sustainability projects either with our knowledge, expertise or voluntary work.

Sustainability cannot be only environmental, hence we have also started this new stage including a variety of environmentally friendly products for sale in our dive shop. All of them are crafted under responsible processes by the knowledgeable hands of highly skilled Mexican artisans, this way we try to support our community with economic reactivation.
